Agreement Support Managers

One of SEAI's key supports to Energy Agreements Programme (EAP) members is the allocation of an Agreement Support Manager (ASM).

An Agreements Support Manager will help members by:

  • Visiting your site and advising you
  • Answering questions you may have
  • Helping you to meet your EAP commitments - including implementing EN 16001 and carrying out 3 Special Investigations over a 3-year period
  • Facilitating your Special Investigations or feasibility studies by helping to identify suitable projects and assisting with the administration of funding where applicable
  • Facilitating your participation in other SEAI programmes - such as Special Working Groups or other Special Initiatives - where relevant

ASMs can also provide specialised support to a particular sector with which the consultant is especially familiar, such as Pharmachem, Food & Dairy, Beverages, Cement, ICT and Commercial.

They have a mix of technical/business/relationship management skills and experience of energy management in industry.
