Installers
SEAI have 2 Registered list of installers for the Greener Homes Scheme to guide customers in selecting an installer
Registration of an installer with SEAI confirms only that the installer:
- Must be a qualified and certified installer in each technology that they are registered and have achieved certification from an accredited training course in each of the technology areas they wish to work.
- Have supplied SEAI with a valid tax clearance certificate.
- Have accepted a condition of entering appropriate arbitration processes in the event of a dispute.
- Have agreed to have installations inspected by SEAI or its agents and to abide by direction as a result of such inspections.
- Have agreed to become members of a recognised trade association of installers once such an association is formed.
