SEAI have 2 Registered list of installers for the Greener Homes Scheme to guide customers in selecting an installer

• Registered list of installers
• Wood Gasification Installers list

Registration of an installer with SEAI confirms only that the installer:

• Must be a qualified and certified installer in each technology that they are registered and have achieved certification from an accredited training course in each of the technology areas they wish to work.
• Have supplied SEAI with a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Have accepted a condition of entering appropriate arbitration processes in the event of a dispute.
• Have agreed to have installations inspected by SEAI or its agents and to abide by direction as a result of such inspections.
• Have agreed to become members of a recognised trade association of installers once such an association is formed.

*Please Note: The installer registration process takes one week and updating of the website listing occurs weekly.*

• If you are applying for a grant and your chosen installer is not already listed, then you must have them submit their details to become listed before SEAI can accept a grant application.Click here for installer registration details. 
• Upon completion of the installation, and payment having been made in respect of the supply and installation of the equipment, the applicant must make a formal request to SEAI for payment. Please click here for more details and to download the SEAI Commissioning Reports
• SEAI are advising consumers to secure their installation process through a formal contract. As an installer you may also wish to avail of this information. Please click here to view more details and/or download the model contract.
